Project Management Officer Role Summary As a Project Management Officer, youll build and run our new Project Management Office (PMO) creating structure, process and frameworks to make sure projects are delivered smoothly and clients stay happy. Youll coordinate project planning, resources, compliance, and quality control from sales handover to delivery helping shape a PMO that delivers excellence across the business.
Key Responsibilities Lead project and resource planning (handover, scheduling, milestone tracking)
Organise pre-survey, kick-off and pulse-calls with clients, internal teams and third parties
Maintain project records in CRM and SharePoint, ensure work-acceptance and compliance sign-offs
Monitor project progress: utilisation, budget, timelines, and quality control
Design and roll out PMO processes, templates and tools to support consistent delivery
Drive continuous improvement and collaborate across teams to embed PMO standards
What Were Looking For Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Office, Project, Visio, SharePoint, Power BI preferred)
Basic knowledge or willingness to learn project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, AIPMO/Foundation)
Self-motivated, organised, with strong communication and people skills
Leadership potential, reliable, flexible, team-focused
Positive attitude, sense of humour and a professional work ethic
