TRIP are currently recruiting a Senior Sales Consultant for a luxury interiors retailer for their store in Bournemouth. The retailer has a stable and secure history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of growth with three new stores planned for the next two years.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will be the face of this 100+ year old brand.
Greeting customers, creating rapport, understanding their needs and creating an unrivalled end-to-end experience, from ordering to delivery and beyond.
You will be part of a dynamic team that is hungry for delivering on this customer experience.
With industry‑leading training, you will soon become an expert in all things interiors, world class service and will understand how to overdeliver on customer expectations.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Must have experience in a face‑to‑face sales/retail environment (direct experience not required)
* Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport
* Be confident and highly motivated
* Be someone who aims to be a consistent high achiever; preferably with a track record from previous employment
Compensation and Benefits
* Basic salary £25k + individual commission + bonuses, uncapped (average) OTE around £35,000 (top 3 salespeople in the business earning in excess of £40,000).
