The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a broad and high-value caseload, including:
* Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on wills, estate planning, and inheritance tax matters
* Managing complex probate and estate administration matters
* Advising on trusts, trust structuring, and wealth preservation
* Handling cross-border estates and international private client work where applicable
* Working closely with tax advisers, accountants, and other professionals
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members
* Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management
