Our business analysts play a crucial role in translating ideas into solutions, working across teams to identify risks, dependencies, and compliance issues early in the project lifecycle. They contribute to high-quality analysis outputs to enhance our digital services and user experience.
Key responsibilities include facilitating workshops, capturing requirements, analyzing business problems, and translating needs into functional specifications within an Agile framework. They also evaluate the impact of changes, define metrics for success, and produce supporting documentation.
Essential skills and experience include strong relationship-building, effective communication, problem-solving, Agile software development experience, and the ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into user stories. Organizational skills, adaptability, and experience working with external suppliers are also important. A commitment to inclusion and diversity is essential.

* 12-month fixed-term contract

* Salary: £43,391 rising to £45,738 after probation
