The Role The Role: Teaching Assistant – Level 3 (SRP) This post represents the next step in responsibility from a Level 2 Teaching Assistant role. The successful candidate will take a leading role in supporting teaching and learning within the Specialist Resource Provision, working closely with class teachers, the SENCO and senior leaders. There is also flexibility within the role to provide support within Reception, ensuring continuity and high-quality provision across Early Years as the school grows. This is a career-defining opportunity for someone who wishes to develop their expertise in SEND and Early Years within a forward-thinking and supportive environment.
