Office Manager – Property ManagementSouth London | Full-timeSalary: £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experienceHours: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pmLocation: South London Estate, 113–115 Brownhill Road, London SE6 2HFAbout the CompanySouth London Estate (SLE) is a well-established property company with over 20 years’ experience and a portfolio of more than 1,000 properties. The business operates across nine specialist departments and prides itself on a supportive, professional, and high-performing culture.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our senior management team. This is a pivotal role overseeing and supporting department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, high service standards, and effective handling of both planned tasks and unexpected property-related issues.You will report directly to the Director and work closely with an external management consultant to support your success in the role.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and manage department heads to ensure workloads are delivered efficientlyHold weekly one-to-one meetings with department heads and quarterly leadership meetingsImplement and maintain effective reporting systems across departmentsProduce weekly written reports for the DirectorIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and performanceDevelop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics across the businessEscalate significant issues appropriately while maintaining operational autonomyAbout YouProven management experience, ideally within a property-related businessHighly organised, disciplined, and reliableConfident prioritising workloads in a fast-paced environmentProactive, with the ability to resolve issues independently where appropriateStrong communicator, comfortable managing both junior and senior colleaguesA collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic workplaceAdditional InformationThis role includes access to secretarial support for meeting coordination, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
