About You You’re an experienced, motivated Home Manager who knows how to run a high‑quality older people’s service. You bring experience managing a nursing home, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent), proven experience managing a residential or nursing home, strong understanding of CQC standards, governance, and compliance, a confident leadership style that motivates and develops teams, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a passion for person‑centred care and positive resident outcomes. You’ll also have a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership & Management in Care Level 4/5, experience leading multidisciplinary teams, strong risk‑assessment capability, and a track record of improving services and achieving strong inspection results. Desirable experience includes NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD), service stabilisation, and strong partnership‑building skills.
