We are supporting a great company in their search for someone who can ensure the smooth running of daily operations across administration, client communication, marketing activity, compliance processes, and facilities tasks. The role requires someone organised, proactive, and confident managing a varied workload, with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and strong communication.


Key Responsibilities

* Liaising with borrowers, introducers, solicitors, surveyors, and other lending institutions to progress proposals through to completion.
* Preparing finance documents and ensuring they are completed, signed, returned, and processed correctly for payout.
* Preparing and scheduling LinkedIn posts and email campaigns, creating marketing materials using Canva and Vimeo, supporting industry event preparation, updating website content, and coordinating corporate gifts.
* Carrying out general office duties including scanning, handling post, and ordering stationery and consumables.
* Managing premises-related tasks such as liaising with contractors, submitting meter readings, and updating the franking machine.
* Supporting system development tasks including workflow improvements within the CRM, company app, and online form software.
* Completing compliance-related tasks such as managing confidential waste, supporting GDPR processes, coordinating water hygiene visits, and maintaining first aid supplies.

* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Clear and confident communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM systems, Canva, and LinkedIn.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proactive approach to problem‑solving and process improvement.
