Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain effectiverelationships with customers and internal/external suppliers byresolving service issues and acting as an ambassador for bothPareto and the Customer Property & FacilitiesTeam.
Guest check in and creating allguest/contractor passes
Support WSM in managingand prioritise workloads within the team to ensure achievement ofservice standards.
Maintain OfficeSecurity
Open up & alarmdeactivation
Close up & alarmactivation
Man door & intercommaintaining front door security 8am 7pm
Meetingand greeting clients
Daily meeting room bookingservices
Liase with EAs to ensure each meetingrequirements are met
Supporting internal eventsincluding set up and derig
Arrangingcouriers
Action adhoc guest and employeerequests
Support with meeting room set up anddaily room checks
Managing stationarystock
Placing stationery and food orders forRegional Sites
Creating passes for new startersmanaging visitors and contractor passesprocess
Keeping the reception areatidy
Answering and forwarding phonecalls
Screening phonecalls
Sorting and distributing post
Maintaining front door security and reportingany suspicious activity
Putting through salesand/or assisting clients making orders
Must beprepared to fill the gaps and step into any of the facilities rolesin times of constrained resource.

Experience andknowledge :
Excellentcommunication coaching and feedbackskills.
Experience in a fastpacedenvironment
Proven experience in a customerservice environment.
Contract management& negotiation skills.
PC literate andcompetent in all relevant MS applications i.e. Word Excel andPowerPoint
