4th Utility | Rise is a fast-growing full fibre broadband provider committed to delivering exceptional service and empowering our people. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Support Team Manager to lead our support team and drive excellence in customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and coach Customer Support Advisors and Senior Advisors
* Monitor KPIs and performance trends, and take proactive action
* Schedule resources based on customer demand
* Conduct regular 1-2-1s and performance reviews
* Champion our Customer Experience Quality Framework
* Resolve escalations and ensure complaint resolution
* Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth
Essential skills & experience:
* 2 years+ experience leading teams in customer support
* Telco experience advantage or equivalent experience
* Strong communication, coaching, and delegation skills
* Solution-focused mindset with excellent time management
* Ability to lead by example and inspire others
