Kress is growing fast in the UK — and golf is at the centre of that growth.
We’re hiring a Commercial Business Manager to own regional performance across either the North or South UK, with a clear focus on golf (75%) and a smaller wider sports turf commercial remit (25%).
What you’ll do
* Lead regional growth across golf courses and golf-focused dealer partners
* Drive demos, trials, and adoption of high-performance robotic and commercial equipment
* Build strong relationships with Course Managers, Heads of Grounds, and senior decision makers
* Develop dealer partnerships and joint growth plans
* Own regional targets, forecasting, and pipeline discipline

* A commercially sharp leader with strong B2B sales experience
* Confident influencing senior stakeholders and managing complex buying journeys
* Comfortable with technical products and value-based selling
* Golf / turf care experience helpful but not essential
