Salary: To £120k + excellent bonus (up to 40%)

In this role, you will manage a small team of two, with access to additional compliance resources as needed. You will lead compliance-specific projects and serve as the Compliance Lead on broader business initiatives requiring regulatory input, including new international expansion efforts.
You will play a key role in horizon scanning, communicating relevant developments to the business, and implementing changes as required.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop strong relationships across the company, expand your project portfolio, and make the role your own.
Applicants should have robust compliance experience within the insurance industry, with a detailed understanding of FCA regulations affecting the UK insurance sector. Experience with the regulatory environments in Ireland and Bermuda is advantageous.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
This is a fully office-based role requiring you to work in the London office five days a week.
