Teaching Assistant – SEMH Alternative Provision

We are seeking dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistants to join our specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) alternative provision, working with secondary-aged pupils who require a supportive and nurturing approach to learning.
About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students to access education in a positive and meaningful way. Every day will be different – you'll be:
* Supporting pupils with a wide range of social, emotional, and learning needs.
* Working closely with teachers and support staff to create a safe and engaging learning environment.
* Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to help them overcome barriers to education.
* Promoting resilience, positive behaviour, and social development.
What We're Looking For

* Strong communicators with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Previous experience in an SEMH, SEND, or alternative provision setting is desirable but not essential – the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
