Revive Café at Bloom Reformer Studio – Milford

Role Type: 9am-1pm Saturday & Sundays
Revive Café at Bloom Reformer Studio is looking for a confident, experienced Front of House / Café Team Member to be the welcoming face of our studio café. This role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently, takes initiative, and understands the importance of excellent customer experience within a wellness-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver warm, friendly, and professional customer service at all times
* Prepare and serve brunch-style toast dishes
* Prepare and serve matcha, specialty coffees, and hot drinks using a bean-to-cup coffee machine
* Manage the café independently during shifts, including opening and closing procedures
* Carry out light cleaning duties, including wiping surfaces, maintaining café cleanliness, and keeping the space presentable throughout the day
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
* Handle payments and basic cash handling
* Proactively engage with studio members and café customers
* Monitor stock levels and communicate any supply needs
Essential Requirements
* Previous café or front-of-house experience (essential)
* Comfortable working alone and taking full responsibility during shifts
* Proactive, organised, and able to think ahead
* Friendly, welcoming, and professional manner
* Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle
* Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Training
* Full training will be provided on menu items, equipment, and brand standards
* Coffee and matcha training included (bean-to-cup machine)
