Job Title: Site Foreman / Working Foreman Location: Batley, WF17 Start Date: January 5th, 2026 Duration: Approx. 12 weeks Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm (39-hour week) Rate: £200–£220 per day (dependent on experience) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman / Working Foreman to support an external refurbishment project in Batley. The project consists of various external repair and upgrade works, the majority of which are packaged out to specialist subcontractors. You will act as the primary on-site presence, managing day-to-day activity, coordinating trades, ensuring H&S compliance, and serving as the first point of contact for residents. You will be supported by a QS and Construction Manager, who will attend site weekly and for client progress meetings. Candidates with a multi-trade background are particularly desirable, as there may be opportunities to undertake some of the smaller, localised repair tasks around the site.
