ABOUT YOU
You will have a strong background in payroll, across various industries, working efficiently with high resilience.
Required skills and experience:
* Proficiency in IT, especially Excel and presentation skills
* Experience in payroll for large numbers of employees
* Reporting skills in Business Intelligence systems, PeopleSoft, and Oracle
* Attention to detail, ability to work quickly, and resilience
* Flexibility to business needs and ability to generate ad-hoc reports
* Effective relationship-building skills internally and externally
* Logical and methodical approach
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong team player
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Payroll and Pensions Administrator, you will support payroll and pension compliance and contribute to the HR Technology Roadmap.
Key activities:
* Assist with payroll and pension reporting
* Manage P11D benefit solutions
* Absence management
* Reconcile Edenred childcare vouchers
* Calculate sick leave entitlements
* Handle statutory calculations such as maternity, paternity, and AOE
* Update address and UPN changes
* Assist with audit requirements
* Complete national statistics forms
