Job Summary
The Clinical Lead Nurse plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care within our care home. This position requires a dedicated professional who possesses extensive knowledge. The Clinical Lead Nurse will oversee nursing staff, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and support nursing staff in delivering exceptional nursing care.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents, ensuring all medical needs are met.
* Administer medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
* Provide mentorship to nursing staff, promoting professional development.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the clinical environment.
* Act as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing licence.
* Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership role.
* Proficient in medication administration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

Pay: £22.50 per hour
