Humberston Park School is an outstanding special academy for children and young adults, 3-19, with severe and complex special educational needs. The role of the receptionist will include; Greeting visitors Ensuring all safeguarding procedures are adhered to Answering and transferring telephone calls Maintaining calendars Typing Organising clinics and completing administrative tasks. Requirements; Applicants must have excellent typing skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, be very organised, have the ability to multi task, be able to prioritise their own workload and work well as part of a team.
