We’re looking for a Confidential Reporting Manager to join our Security & Business Resilience team, part of the wider Legal & Compliance function. This is a critical role that helps protect our people, our business, and our reputation. You’ll work primarily in our Transactions and Disclosures Team and be part of the Confidential Reporting function. Liaising with law enforcement and public authorities, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding trust and compliance across the organisation. What you’ll be doing • Managing the day-to-day enquiries and information requests from LEAs. • Processing high-volume data requests (IPA, DPA) and act as Single Point of Contact for RPAs. • Supporting covert surveillance assessments and inspections. • Handling court orders, preparing evidence, and attending proceedings. • Managing security vetting procedures and maintaining audit readiness. • Managing Whistleblowing reports, ensuring timeliness and robust processes are adhered to. We’re looking for • Experience conducting/overseeing investigations and/or whistleblowing processes. • Experience working within a Covert Authorities Bureau (CAB) office environment – highly desirable • Knowledge of legal frameworks (IPA 2016, RIPA 2000, DPA 2018/GDPR). • Criminal investigation processes and evidence handling – highly desirable • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. • Excellent communication and sound judgment. • High integrity and discretion. • Ability to work independently under pressure. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Computer literacy (MS Office, databases). • Willingness to undertake internal risk management training Please note: The successful candidate will be required to attain Security Clearance to SC level.
