The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our dementia care unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the dementia care unit, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. - Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents with dementia, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs. - Supervise, train, and support nursing and care staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and stakeholders to enhance the quality of care provided. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. - Ensure efficient resource management, including staffing, budgeting, and procurement of supplies.
