We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Costa store in Hythe, Hampshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and managing staff
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
3. Oversee and maintain store presentation and cleanliness
4. Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
5. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Qualifications
1. Prior experience in a retail or hospitality management role
2. Strong leadership and communication skills
3. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Basic knowledge of inventory management
Salary
The salary for this position is £28,360.00 per annum.
