Position: Clinical Fellow in Geriatric Medicine (Fixed-term, 12 months)
We are a small 41-bed hospital serving a population of 35,000 in a remote area. Our team provides continuous care for individuals living with frailty, often with recurrent hospital admissions, fostering strong relationships with patients and their families. The role includes assisting with frailty assessments and reviewing adults with extended stays in the admissions ward.
You will have opportunities to develop clinical skills in geriatric medicine and engage in activities such as quality improvement and teaching. The team is friendly and supportive, valuing a positive working environment.
Minimum Requirements: Full GMC registration with a license to practice, and at least two years of postgraduate training or equivalent experience.
