The Role
* Providing routine nursing care including wound care, immunisations, and cervical screening
* Managing chronic disease clinics (e.g. diabetes, asthma, COPD)
* Supporting health promotion and patient education initiatives
* Assisting with infection prevention and control measures
* Contributing to continuous service improvement and innovative care delivery
The Ideal Candidate
* A qualified RGN with current NMC registration
* Experienced in primary care or community nursing (preferred but not essential)
* Passionate about patient‑centred care
* Proactive, adaptable, and keen to embrace new ways of working
* A strong team player with excellent communication skills
