Join our Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery team as a Territory Manager based in Perth, responsible for driving business growth and supporting surgeons across Perth. To be successful in this role you will have strong hospital relationships and a proven track record bringing new products to market.
In this role, you’ll:
* Achieve sales targets by building strong relationships with plastic and breast surgeons, theatre staff, and key opinion leaders.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships.
* Provide in-theatre support and deliver product training to hospital and clinic staff.
* Develop and execute strategic territory business plans, report on sales activities, and stay up to date with product knowledge.
* Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service.
What you’ll bring:
* Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in medical devices (implant experience preferred).
* Degree in science, biomedical engineering, or similar (preferred).
* Experience in theatre environments and strong knowledge of anatomy for breast/aesthetic surgery.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
* Strong time management skills and attention to detail to keep abreast of activities in a fast-paced environment.
* Car license, willingness to travel, and some out-of-hours work required.
