Job Description:
We’re looking for a Lead Product Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of product marketing campaigns that drive commercial growth. This role is ideal for someone with solid product marketing experience who’s ready to coordinate a small team and shape how product marketing is delivered across the business.
Working closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, R&D, and product management, you’ll help shape product messaging, support go-to-market strategies, and ensure that campaigns align with wider business goals. You’ll also support the development of the Product Marketing Team by providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and encouraging collaboration.
To enhance work/life balance, CMP operates on a 9-day fortnight (9/10 schedule), allowing staff to enjoy compressed hours and every other Friday off.
What you’ll be doing:
* Coordinate daily tasks and priorities within the Product Marketing Team, ensuring smooth project and campaign delivery.
* Plan and execute product launch campaigns with internal teams including marketing, sales, and R&D.
* Develop clear and effective product messaging and positioning strategies.
* Create and maintain marketing assets such as brochures, animations, sample boards, and guides.
* Conduct market research to support product development and go-to-market decisions.
* Work with the Marketing Communications team to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
* Manage timelines and tasks for product marketing projects to keep campaigns on track.
* Maintain up-to-date product content across digital channels and marketing platforms.
* Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.
* Support product-focused events and exhibitions, ensuring messaging and branding consistency.
* Contribute to internal communications about new product launches and updates.
* Help improve marketing processes and campaign delivery methods.
* Support the Product Marketing Team daily, offering feedback and development support.
* Lead team check-ins and 1:1s to align work and promote continuous improvement.
Candidates should have proven experience in product marketing and successful campaign delivery, preferably within technical or B2B environments. Strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are essential.
Experience managing or supervising others, formally or informally, is important. You might have led a small team or supported colleagues, and should be confident providing guidance, feedback, and helping others grow.
