We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the delivery of engaging marketing projects.
Role Overview
The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing operations, including campaign coordination, content creation, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
* Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media, email, and website platforms
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
* Help coordinate events, promotions, and client marketing activities
* Maintain accurate records of marketing performance data and budgets
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign objectives are met
* Contribute to the development of creative assets in line with brand guidelines
Skills and Experience
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or communications role (including internships)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with marketing tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, or Mailchimp
* Understanding of social media management and digital marketing best practices
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
* Competitive salary (£26,000 – £28,000 per year)
* Full-time permanent role with regular office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm)
