Are you a commercially focused, proactive sales professional looking for your next challenge? We’re looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join a dynamic, family-run business in Newark. This is an exciting replacement role with real progression potential into Key Account Management.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Manage and follow up warm leads using CRM and ERS systems.
2. Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions across a wide range of products, including labels, printers, handheld devices, and technical solutions.
3. Spot opportunities to upsell and provide the best margin solutions.
4. Deliver excellent customer experience and manage your own calendar.
5. Be proactive and driven – this role rewards initiative with uncapped commission.
Who we’re looking for:
6. Sales backgrounds with strong commercial focus – personality and drive are key.
7. Confident using IT systems and CRM platforms.
8. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
9. Willingness to get hands-on in training.
10. Based near Newark, Lincoln, Mansfield, or surrounding areas.
