Their projects range from refurbishment and upgrade works through to wider asset improvement programmes, with a strong focus on delivering practical, buildable solutions across complex property portfolios.The team are currently looking to add a Senior Architectural Technician, who will support a steady pipeline of minor works, refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UK. If you are someone who enjoys working across multiple projects at once, collaborating closely with technical teams and stakeholders, and taking a hands-on approach to problem solving and design coordination, it would be great to chat through any questions or queries on the below, along with a chat through your expertise and what you are looking for in your next move!The Role:Youll be involved in the development and coordination of architectural solutions across a variety of refurbishment and upgrade projects, supporting delivery from feasibility and concept stages through to technical design.The position will include:Producing architectural drawings, layouts and technical design packagesSupporting refurbishment, fit-out and minor works projects within existing buildingsWorking closely with engineers, surveyors and project delivery teamsEnsuring designs align with current regulations and planning requirementsParticipating in design reviews, site assessments and stakeholder meetingsSupporting planning submissions and technical documentationManaging competing project deadlines across multiple live projectsWhat Were Looking For:Experience working as a Senior Architectural Technician, Architectural Technologist or ArchitectStrong technical design and detailing capabilityPrevious experience delivering refurbishment or upgrade projects within occupied/existing buildingsProficiency with AutoCAD, Revit or similar design softwareGood understanding of UK building regulations and planning processesComfortable working in fast-paced project environments with multiple stakeholdersStrong communication and organisational skillsExperience within regulated sectors, infrastructure environments or large property portfolios would be beneficial, but isnt essential.Whats on Offer:Hybrid working (in Edinburgh), may consider remote candidates in the UKCompetitive salary depending on experiencePerformance-related bonusPension schemeProfessional training and development supportIf youd like to hear more, please send over your CV for a confidential discussion around the opportunity on offer and what expertise you can bring to the team!TPBN1_UKTJ
