In this role, you'll be at the forefront of building relationships with potential and existing clients, helping them find the right support for their business.
Responsibilities
* Reaching out to companies in the manufacturing sector and promoting membership and key subscription products and services.
* Understanding the full range of services, from consultancy to training.
* Tailoring offers to each client creatively.
* Connecting with new and existing members via email, phone, and video, with occasional travel.
* Building long-term relationships and identifying upselling opportunities.
* Exploring new sectors and generating fresh leads.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
* Managing personal sales plans and achieving KPIs and targets.
Qualifications
* Tenacity and drive to win new business and develop relationships.
* Experience in sales or business development environments is essential.
* A self-starter who is driven, hardworking, and keen to succeed.
* Confidence in speaking to new people and building rapport.
* Team and company-focused attitude.
