We are recruiting an experienced Area Account Manager to oversee one of our main rental accounts throughout Lincolnshire and surrounding Areas. The Role: Oversee general operations at customer branches throughout Kent Travel to Customer branches on a regular basis to create strong relationships with customers including branch managers in your area, be visable and communicate regularly Manage absenses of Employees or Subcontractors on site, ensuring branches headcount is adequate Provide training and induction resources and identify any training needs Complete site audits to ensure the highest quality of work is being completed Distribute sufficient PPE to employees and Subcontractors working on site Manage stock levels at each branch and identify any discrepancies Business development, assisting with the growth and success of Customer Accounts. Responsible for managing new site launches Ideally you will have two years’ experience within a B2B automotive environment. You will be resourceful and proactive alongside being detailed orientated. Negotiation and presentation skills are essential and strong communication skills are essential.
