The Role:
We are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic, patient, and ready to make a real difference in children’s lives. You will work closely with teachers to support learning, deliver interventions, and help ensure every child reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting pupils with learning activities, both individually and in groups
* Assisting in the delivery of planned lessons and interventions
* Monitoring and recording pupil progress
* Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a supportive classroom environment
* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to meet the diverse needs of all pupils
The Ideal Candidate:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Experience working in a primary school setting
* Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Compassionate, patient, and adaptable, with a genuine love for working with children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
