The Role:
We are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic, patient, and ready to make a real difference in children’s lives. You will work closely with teachers to support learning, deliver interventions, and help ensure every child reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting pupils with learning activities, both individually and in groups
2. Assisting in the delivery of planned lessons and interventions
3. Monitoring and recording pupil progress
4. Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a supportive classroom environment
5. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to meet the diverse needs of all pupils
The Ideal Candidate:
6. Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
7. Experience working in a primary school setting
8. Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies
9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
10. Compassionate, patient, and adaptable, with a genuine love for working with children
