We're looking for a thoughtful, patient Support Worker to support an intelligent, engaging autistic man living independently in Camberley.
He's been living in his own home for over 10 years, supported by his sister and a small team. This role offers an opportunity to build a meaningful working relationship and contribute to his independence, well-being, and sense of stability.
He experiences high levels of anxiety, so a calm, consistent, and low-arousal approach is essential. He values respectful, grounded interactions and enjoys thoughtful conversation, music, and caring for his collection of carnivorous plants. He shares his home with a small, friendly dog, so being dog-friendly is important.
