We are recruiting a skilled and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a full-time position with an immediate start, working within a primary provision supporting children aged 5 to 12.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Delivering learning activities and interventions under teacher guidance
* Assisting with planning and adapting lessons to meet individual needs
* Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
* Supporting classroom management and learning outcomes
* Working closely with teachers and support staff

Requirements
* Minimum of 6 months childcare experience, particularly supporting children with SEN needs
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA
* Confident supporting learning and behaviour in a primary setting
* A caring, patient and proactive approach
