Summary
We are seeking passionate Care Workers to join our team at Glee Care Ltd with effect from April 2026. The recruitment process begins now. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals and families, helping them navigate challenges and improve their quality of life. This position is essential in fulfilling our commitment to delivering exceptional care and support.
We are recruiting all those interested in doing home care work, including those who do not need COSs. We also provide COSs to those who want to receive Skilled Worker Visas and those who may need a switch. You will work some weekdays and some weekends. We cover areas in Leicester City and the surrounding areas. We offer training according to the needs of the home care sector.
Responsibilities
* Provide support and guidance to individuals and families facing various challenges.
* Assess client needs and develop tailored care plans to address their unique situations.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
* Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
* Advocate for clients’ rights and access to necessary resources and services.
* Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of client cases.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Compassionate approach with a commitment to client welfare.
* Do you need a COS certificate?
* Do you have experience in care work?
* Do you have English at GCSE Level or equivalent?
