The Person
Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie within Rosette level establishments is essential. You will need to be passionate about working with the freshest seasonal produce. Everything is made in house, utilising ingredients from select local suppliers, which are showcased through regularly changing menus and specials.
An inspiring leader who will develop and train a team of Chefs, working between different sections. The desire to positively promote the company values and work collaboratively with departmental leadership teams.
Proficient training in Food Safety, Risk Assessments, Health & Safety and HACCP.
