Overview
We’re Enterprise Mobility, a family-owned, world-class portfolio of brands including household names such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car. With a $35 billion turnover and nearly 90,000 team members across 95 countries, we’ve grown from a pioneering idea over 65 years ago to the global mobility leader today.
Join us, and as the TargetJobs Graduate Employer of the Year and a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer, we will offer you the freedom to explore your potential and progress on your own career path. After an initial virtual classroom-based orientation, you’ll be assigned to a branch for hands-on business training, learning valuable skills from capable mentors, including our current CEO, who started as a graduate in our Management Training Programme.
This program allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and understand their role in our success. Our promote-from-within culture ensures a well-rounded training experience in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
As you progress, more opportunities will become available. You can continue your ascent within our Rental Operations managerial track, potentially becoming a Branch Manager in as little as two years, or explore other options such as Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing.
We prioritize diversity and are recognized as a leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion, being listed among The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality, Stonewall's Top 100 Employers for LGBTQ+ Inclusion, and holding the Disability Confident Leader title. We are a family-owned company led by our CEO Chrissy Taylor, the third generation of the Taylor family to run the business, ensuring stability and long-term vision.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will be empowered to make significant business decisions affecting your career and the company's bottom line. Responsibilities include developing new business, maintaining relationships, understanding cost control, reading P&L statements, and learning how to run a profitable business. You will learn to deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, influence, and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
