About the Role
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students in secondary SEN settings across South Liverpool. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
You will work closely with teachers and provide 1:1 assistance, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each student. Your support will help create an inclusive and positive learning environment where every learner can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 1:1 support to students with SEN.
* Assist in adapting learning materials and strategies to individual needs.
* Support classroom activities and maintain a safe, engaging environment.
* Collaborate with teachers and SEN specialists to deliver effective interventions.

Requirements
* Experience working in secondary SEN schools or confidence in supporting students with SEN.
* Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and compassionate approach to supporting learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
