Business Operations Administrator

We're on the lookout for a proactive Business Operations Administrator to join our client's fast-paced Birmingham team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 year's experience in administration, business operations, or PA-style support, looking to grow their career in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the wider Operations Team.
* Manage inboxes, respond to telephone enquiries, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
* Create, format, and maintain key documents, reports, and presentations.
* Support the recruitment process - scheduling interviews, assisting with on-boarding tasks.
* Deliver day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure smooth business operations.
* Work closely with field-based Business Development Managers to support operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: 1-2 years in administration, PA, or business support roles.
* Sector Knowledge: Ideally from a real estate/property background, though not essential.
* Skills: Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Mindset: Adaptable, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changeable environment.
