Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be smart, confident, enthusiastic, and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
* Registering new applicants and promoting properties
* Qualifying applicants prior to viewings
* Booking and conducting property viewings
* Reporting on repairs needed at properties
* Providing feedback to managers and updating systems
Skills Required:
* Experience in customer service
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving license
