Principal Lawyer needed in South West London Paying £34.92 per hr ref 013324 Full time hours on a temporary basis Support the Principal Lawyer in managing and developing the Planning & Regeneration team. Supervise and mentor a team of 4–5 legal professionals. Handle a reduced but complex caseload, including planning agreements, highways law, regeneration projects, and compulsory purchase matters. Provide strategic legal advice to senior officers, committees, and elected members. Deputise for the Principal Lawyer when required.
