My client a Listed Global Retail Company based in London is now looking to hire a 3+PQE Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their legal team on a 12 -15 month FTC with a high possibility of the role going permanent.
Reporting into the Head of Legal and in a business facing role, your responsibilities will include:
* Drafting and negotiating an array of strategic commercial contracts including supply agreements, distribution agreements, warehousing, transport and technology agreements
* Supporting Logistics and Ops teams on specific projects
* Advising the business on other ad hoc legal matters
The ideal candidate will likely have 3+pqe as a Commercial Lawyer who is ideally coming from another leading global brand or organisation. You will thrive working in a fast paced and business facing role whilst having the support of a collaborative team.
