InspireHealth is looking to appoint an individual to join our friendly and progressive administration team. The main duties include front of house reception desk duties and call centre for appointment bookings. Further training will be given as the role progresses.
Main duties of the job
Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Provide a high standard of front of house care.
Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate and robust administrative work using a variety of computer programs to maintain paper light systems.
Ensure practice policies and procedures are adhered to.

Salary package is competitive and includes:
6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata if less than full time / under one year contract) and birthday day off, after probationary period completed.

Experience
* Experience in working with members of the public
* Experience of working in a busy environment
* Experience of clinical software systems
* Experience of working in a GP practice/medical setting

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Qualifications
* 5 GCSEs Grade C/ 4 and above, or equivalent, including Maths and English
