Your new role As a Housing Officer, you will deliver a comprehensive housing management service, managing a range of tenancies and estate-related responsibilities. This will include tenancy sustainment, anti-social behaviour case management, safeguarding, estate inspections, customer signposting, and supporting sustainable communities through proactive intervention. You will work closely with customers, contractors, local agencies, and internal teams to resolve issues effectively, support vulnerable tenants, and maintain a visible presence within neighbourhoods.
