* Supporting the development and execution of impactful public relations campaigns to grow brand awareness
* Writing clear, engaging press releases, news updates, and media statements for traditional and digital channels
* Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders
* Monitoring and analysing media coverage, reporting on PR activity and identifying opportunities to improve communications
* Coordinating events, interviews, and press briefings to support brand initiatives and positive media engagement
* Ensuring all communications are aligned with our core values, brand tone, and objectives
* Collaborating with teams across marketing, digital, and leadership to deliver joined-up communication strategies
* Keeping up with PR trends, best practices, and compliance requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing compelling content for different channels
* Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines
* Strong team player with the ability to collaborate confidently and build relationships across all levels
* Ability to use initiative, problem-solve, and respond positively to new challenges
* Some experience in public relations, journalism, communications, or marketing is desirable
* Basic understanding of media monitoring tools and digital PR platforms is an advantage
* Keen to develop professionally, learn from feedback, and stay up to date with public relations trends
