Overview
Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing activities of three established training brands. This is a hands-on role: you’ll be both a player and a manager, leading a Marketing Executive while also getting stuck into content creation, SEO, and campaign delivery yourself. If you’re curious about the future of marketing, especially the impact of AI and search, this could be the role where you level up your career.
Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm (no weekends).
Responsibilities
* Write high-quality blogs, landing pages, and website content with SEO & GEO best practices.
* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps.
* Optimise existing content for better rankings in search engines and AI-driven platforms.
* Support the creation of email campaigns, social posts, and marketing collateral.
* Monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and AHREFS.
* Manage and mentor a Marketing Executive.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with wider business goals.
* Optional: use tools like Canva to create visuals for campaigns.
What We're Looking For
* Previous marketing experience (content, SEO, social).
* Strong written English with attention to detail.
* Knowledge of SEO principles and social media engagement.
* Self-motivated, curious, and eager to grow.
* Comfortable managing your own workload and meeting deadlines.
