Job Description We are looking for a confident engineer to support coordination of CAD and simulation activities within a large product development environment. This role focuses on managing virtual model build workflows, aligning teams, and ensuring outputs from simulation are clearly communicated back to stakeholders. You will act as the link between design and analysis teams, helping drive delivery across virtual prototype development rather than carrying out hands-on modelling. Location: Gaydon On Site: Yes Clearance: None Experience Level: Mid-Level Key Responsibilities: Coordinate CAD inputs and simulation model build activities across FEA, CFD, thermal, and structural workstreams. Work with design and analysis teams to support virtual prototype development and delivery. Lead meetings, track actions, and communicate progress, changes, and results to project stakeholders. Support consistency and ownership of processes across a large simulation function. Present model outputs and updates clearly to engineering and programme teams.
