Branch Manager - Auxillis (Birmingham)
Salary:Up to £41k Dependent upon experience + bonus + company car/car allowance
Ready to take the next step in your career within a fast-moving industry shaped by technological and customer change? We’re looking for a strong, people-focused leader to head our busy Birmingham branch and deliver the Auxillis experience for both colleagues and customers.
As Branch Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team to keep our customers on the road, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. You’ll be accountable for overall branch performance, including rental operations, workshop output, and customer relationships-driving revenue, improving efficiency, and minimising vehicle downtime.
