Overview
Ethical Compliance Administrator role at Debenhams Group. This role is key to supporting the smooth running of our compliance programs and ensuring accurate record-keeping and coordination across suppliers, factories, and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
* Maintain and update supplier and factory records, including audit reports and compliance documentation.
* Coordinate onboarding processes for new suppliers and track audit timelines to ensure renewals are completed on time.
* Support the management of compliance platforms, monitor CAPS progress, and assist with generating reports for internal teams.
* Help prepare and publish the Global Manufacturing List and ensure supply chain mapping remains accurate.
* Assist with scheduling and tracking supplier training sessions and engagement activities.
* Organise and store signed contracts, audit reports, and escalation records for easy access and compliance.
* Provide administrative support for quarterly reviews, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
* Liaise with suppliers and third-party auditors to ensure documentation and processes are aligned.
* Contribute to internal communications and help coordinate ESG-related initiatives and events.
* Document meeting notes and action points, and distribute summaries to attendees promptly after each call.
* Manage, update, and monitor systems and trackers to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

* Good communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data management systems.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
