Are you an enthusiastic and caring Early Years professional looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming setting in Hemel Hempstead.

In this role, you will:
* Support learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
* Deliver engaging and creative activities tailored to individual needs
* Monitor and record childrens progress
* Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development
* Ensure a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
* Build strong partnerships with colleagues and parents
What were looking for:
* A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Experience in early years settings
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and EYFS requirements
* A proactive, warm and nurturing approach
