Junior Sous Chef – Ascot
We are currently looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef for a luxury 5 star hotel setting. The Sous chef will deputise for the Head Chef ensuring service and food quality is maintained at all times.

The Person
The Junior Sous Chef will have:
* Previous experience as a Junior Sous chef in a similar setting
* rosette experience ideally and a fresh food background
* High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
* Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
* Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
* Be driven and willing to mentor junior chefs
* Have the confidence to create and be innovative
* Leadership skills
* Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
